impatient.


I'm so impatient. I've dramatically changed my diet, worked out every weeknight and I've only lost 5 lbs... It's only been 3 weeks, but like I said, I'm inpatient... but not a quitter.

  1. Sometimes when you work out super hard and you aren't eating very many calories your body can tend to hold on to any extra weight it can. But....5 pounds!! That's fantastic, I could never be as dedicated as you are with the diet you're on. I love fatty food too much. Two thumbs up!!

  2. AJ, keep it up! I am the same way, and I want to lose like 30 pound in a week, and then it doesn't happen so I drive myself to Del Taco in disappointment. 5 pounds is way good :)

  3. Really Rachel? That is a very interesting fact. :) But don't you worry I love the fatty food too much too! That's WHY I'm on this stupid diet. Ha ha ha... And speaking of... Wow does Del Taco sound amazing, but don't you worry I'm not giving up! :)
